Muhammed Im'ard Bruce Lee
Serious lack of posts recently. Mike's somewhere across Europe at the moment, not really sure where right now but come Thursday I know he'll be in Belgium at Pukkelpop (a music festival with an absolutely ridiculous line-up) ! So he'll be getting to go see the likes of Crookers, The Bloody Beetroots, The Count & Sinden, Rusko, Skream + Benga, along with 50 Cent (haha), N.E.R.D and a bit of Arctic Monkeys, Kraftwerk, The Offspring and My Bloody Valentine thrown in. Foreign festivals just seem to have no boundaries, I love it. Ollie's just getting back from Sziget in Budapest in the next few days aswell - look how cultured we are, haha !
But anyway, here's some fresh mp3's to make up for the lack of posts recently (yet again):
Jack Beats' are still killing it. Here's them killing La Roux and rearranging Florence's machine. Bouncy as fuck as always.
La Roux - I'm Not Your Toy (Jack Beats Remix)
Florence and The Machine - Drumming Song (Jack Beats Remix - radio rip)
I'm not that into all the tribal house/funky stuff that seems to be coming out at the moment, but L-Vis 1990's stuff intrigues me, it seems so tuneful and delicate and makes a pretty nice change from the
Riton & Primary 1 - Who's There? (L-Vis 1990 Remix)
I'm sure a lot of you have already grabbed this next one somewhere else. Boat = missed.
The Streets - In The Middle (Nero Remix)
A pretty old Caspa tune I've pretty much rinsed dry now, haha . And some pure, chilled out dubstep from Distinction, a dubstep DJ/Producer from here in Leeds, and a Dub Police member along with Rusko, Caspa, Subscape and more. Floetry's probably the best word to describe this song actually.
Caspa - Well 'Ard
Floetry - Say Yes (Distinction Remix)
And some new Lee Mortimer to finish yer's off.
