a week without posts is no week at all

Since a few of us were in Newcastle over the weekend, and Andy George & Jaymo partied at the friends' house we stayed at a couple of nights before, I figure this song's appropriate after a week of no posts ! The first production I've heard from the two as a pair combines George's bouncy bass with Jaymo's more electro lean. If you dint already know, the two have got a regular slot on Radio One now every first Thursday of the month from 9pm - 10pm.

Miike Snow - Black & Blue (Andy George & Jaymo Remix)

New feel from Armand Van Helden. Blends quite a few genres in his remix of North London next-big-electro-thing Ou Est Le Swimming Pool. Probably the most random name for a band I've ever heard.

Ou Est Le Swimming Pool - Dance The Way I Feel (Armand Van Helden Club Mix)

Speaker Junk aka Herve and Trevor Loveys are back. Fidgety as fuck. An old remix of Bloc Party thrown in by the pair for good measure too.

Touch Too Much

I just got one of the old iPod touches off a mate and i wanted to make a new post using it. Unfortunately the internet on iPod's is weird and i could type anything so I've had to do it on my laptop and dedicate it to my iPod.. Never the less.. I've got some songs to share with you..

First up, I called this post 'Touch Too Much' which is the title of a hot chip song which Fake Blood did a remix of a while back. I thought it'd probably be appropriate if i posted that song.

Hot Chip - Touch Too Much (Fake Blood Remix)

Originally i had a couple of songs, which I've been listening to a lot recently, that i was going to post on here. They're both really different from artists previously posted on this site but i love them both..

Esser - Work It Out (Jaymo Remix)

The Temper Trap - Science of Fear (Herve Dub Remix)
